Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled or subject to investigation.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete. However, if account verification is still in progress, it may take longer.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will always be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- Bonus amounts are not withdrawable until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
- If any suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
- mtbwin reserves the right to cancel withdrawals in cases of fraud or account violations.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated alongside the bonus offer.
- Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- mtbwin reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to eligible players' accounts. mtbwin reserves the right to change VIP program details at any time.
